Here is what is taking up the most important parts of my days:

  • Getting up every morning to work on my food tracking app.

  • Reading through Acts with my small group.

  • Planning my days with the Clear Habit Journal and the Studio Neat Mark One.

  • Reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling.

  • Running. My last run was 4.5mi with a 8’39″/mi pace and a cadence of 161spm. My goal is 5mi at a 7’00″/mi pace and cadence 180spm.

  • Since we got HBO for the last season of Game of Thrones, I am taking advantage by watching Band of Brothers and the latest season of Silicon Valley.

  • Uninviting my phone from evening family time.

My biggest goal this week is to start on the watchOS version of my food tracking app.
