Here is what is taking up the most important parts of my days:
- Getting up every morning to work on my food tracking app.
Reading through Acts with my small group.
Planning my days with the Clear Habit Journal and the Studio Neat Mark One.
Reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling.
Running. My last run was 4.5mi with a 8’39″/mi pace and a cadence of 161spm. My goal is 5mi at a 7’00″/mi pace and cadence 180spm.
Since we got HBO for the last season of Game of Thrones, I am taking advantage by watching Band of Brothers and the latest season of Silicon Valley.
Uninviting my phone from evening family time.
My biggest goal this week is to start on the watchOS version of my food tracking app.
